I’m a Clinical Psychologist and a fervent advocate for the suppleness of human nature. I believe if we apply some creativity and grit and have a space of genuine unconditional support – we can find wholesome and sustainable ways of living well. I encourage people to reach a sense of being ‘enough’. “Enough” is such a powerful freeing space – it has nothing to add, nothing to take away – it is just enough.
I completed my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Pretoria after completing my undergraduate studies at the University of Stellenbosch.
I have experience working in private practice, government sector, hospital setting, corporate setting as well as abroad – treating and assisting broad-spectrum conditions and challenges faced by people in the various stages and spaces of their lives.
My experience as a psychologist includes psychotherapy, program development, life-coaching from a hybrid-tailored approach to individuals, couples, families and groups.
